Mr. Dickens Tells a Christmas Carol recreates the famous performance tour by Charles Dickens in 1867 bringing the travails of Ebenezer Scrooge, Bob Cratchit and Tiny Tim alive. Taken from the original script, actor Michael Muldoon, plays Charles Dickens and tells the well-loved tale produced by M&M Performing Arts in the beautifully decorated Grand Picture Gallery of Lyndhurst Mansion, meeting the ghostly spirits and eccentric characters along the way.

Important Information:

  • Tickets are $49, general admission.
  • There is no late seating.
  • Performances will start in the Carriage House/Welcome Center and move up the hill to the Mansion’s second floor via 25 stairs; unfortunately, it is not handicap accessible.
  • You will check in at the Welcome Center at least 15 minutes before the show’s start time.
  • The play runs about one hour without an intermission.
  • Appropriate for ages 8 and up.
  • Parking is free.
